Fair housing tester is an investigative tool to determine whether housing discrimination is happening. 

OCA needs people like you who are:

• Dependable
• Impartial
• Able to work independently
• Have a few hours of flexibility during business hours

Testers are paid for their testing work!

Who can be a tester?

You must be at least 18 years old, have no ties to the real estate industry, pass a background check, and complete the tester training and a practice test. (Additional restrictions apply.)

How to become a tester?

Fill out the form below! We will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire and sign up for a brief informational session. You will then be invited to attend a tester training.
